UNION LIFE COLLECTIVE CANCELLATION POLICY

It is understandable that sometimes plans change or something unexpected happens inhibiting you from participating in the session. To honor everyone's time, it is important to open the session for someone else if you cannot show up.

 

All sales are final for all the Programs and Private Sessions: No refunds will be issued.

 

Cancellation for a Private Session received at least 48 hours before the appointment time: an option to reschedule the session for another day as a client credit. 

 

Cancellation for a Private Session made within 48 hours of the appointment time: no refund, no make-up session, and no client credit will be issued.

 

No Show or Late Arrival for any reason forfeits your appointment: No refund, no client credit in full or partial, and no make-up session will be issued.
